Had an issue with my eTank Pro 2. I emailed Vype on the weekend it broke and Zoe got back to me the following Monday morning. She was very friendly and supportive of the fact something had gone wrong and immediately issued me with a replacement with clear instructions on how to sent my faulty device back. She responded to my emails very quickly.
