Having purchased and used an Epen 3, I was unfortunate that the battery seemed to fail after a couple of weeks. I contacted customer service and found them to be courteous, helpful and efficient (not something I can say about some customer services I have contacted). After exchanging a few emails they have sent me a replacement.
I have read some TrustPilot reviews of Vype and, based on my experience I have to say I find some of the poor reviews on that site make me very suspicious of their authenticity.
I would highly recommend Vype for the excellent product but particularly for the customer service.
