After 2 days, multiple calls, hangups, I find out the transaction can't be completed now, but must wait over 4 days. Each rep was told this was urgent, and could have advised me there would be a delay. 2 days ago, I had other options. There is no ownership. The response was, but I did my part right, not my fault. Another bank will enjoy my patronage. They lost a decades long multi product customer. I can no longer recommend them.
