“They lying about mobil or in a branch depositing check. Their new process of mobil: pending, disappear, deposit, check on hold 3-5 business days no matter before 4 pm or after. They prefer member number rather type from ID.”

“I’m very disappointed with VyStar Credit Union. It’s been 10 days since my loan was paid off, and I’m still waiting for them to release the lien so I can get my title. I’ve called multiple times, and every time I get vague responses and no clear timeline. This delay is not just inconvenient—it’s threatening a pending sale of my boat. I have a buyer lined up, but if this drags on any longer, I could lose the deal entirely. A process that should be quick and routine has turned into a stressful waiting game. VyStar’s lack of urgency and poor communication is unacceptable. If you’re considering financing something through them, be warned: getting your title after payoff might be much harder than it should be.”

“Each and every time I do business with VyStar in Palm Coast, Florida - it is always a pleasure. From all the Tellers, Ivy their Manager, Chris, all of the employees. It is always efficient - never waiting long, always hold the door open and welcome you in, right down to the super clean environment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

“Recently purchased a travel trailer and Vystar is the lender. From the start nothing but problems. Simply try to get the statement sent, argument it had been sent already. Never received. First payment was included. Missed the first payment and was charged late fees to them not sending statement with note. Called up, more arguing but did finally receive the third months statement and note. Going to have trailer paid off in 6 months and will NEVER, EVER do business with Vystar again. Just insufferable service from the start.”

“It’s absolutely crazy that you have to spend your entire Saturday in line trying to get your own funds from the bank. The usage of personnel is crazy, instead of using all personnel to help expedite transactions, this organization use individuals to hold the door instead of assisting others. I was at the drive thru for of 30 minutes waiting to be served. This is too much!!”
