“They are now charging $5.00 a month to receive our payments. This is absurd! I strongly recommend you find loans elsewhere! This is a ZERO star review!”

“Today I had to go in and cash a check and get the money back in several different denominations. Well, the young lady that helped me who is Skyler Powell was just so nice and helpful and I felt it necessary to point out how really good she is at her job”

“The worst bank to do any vehicle financing with I purchased a Cadillac Escalade with these people. I sent them my full coverage insurance multiple times yet they still keep asking me for it and raise my payment up by $300 stating that they put insurance on my loan, what a disrespectful thief bank unbelievable how many times am I going to have to keep sending you proof of insurance this is the biggest scam and I will be contacting my attorney for sure people if you don’t want this to happen to you do not accept any loans from this bank”

“Weve bout our car in 2019 new and never have missed a payment until recently. We about have it paid off and fell on some hardship times and I called to refinance what little we had left and got declined because of missed payment. so we are trading the car to get away from this place. I'll never go there again for anything. They can stick it. I invite management to call me upon reading this review I got some things to say.”

“VyStar credit card services are the worst. Even when you owe $0 dollars and try to use your card it will get locked. Then the app won’t even let you unlock the card. If you call them the offices are closed. Not worth the hassle.”

“Vystar made it very easy to transfer to their Port Orange of. All of the staff has been there to help me with any problem. I was also glad to learn my friend, Dawnmarie Scofield would be working there. She has always been efficient goes the extra mile to help you. Always friendly and cheerful and can always count on her. Fully support her.”

“Jonathan, assistant branch manager of the San Marcos branch was so helpful in my loan process. He went way above and beyond to help me obtain a loan with the best interest rate. He was in constant communication so that I was always in the loop on the process. He made it so easy for me.”

“I don't want to help when fraud was done to my card then charge me a $15 stop payment fee for the charges that were fraud but didn't stop them and claimed that they couldn't stop them with a stop payment fee so now I'm at $125 and they don't even care and won't even do their job”

“I went into vystar location 10903 baymeadows road jax and was looking for some information about refinancing my car. The manager shared with me someone would be with me in 15 minutes. 10 minutes later, a young man approached me Fabian was his name to help share some options and information about refinancing. Fabian was great and couldn’t do enough to share all he could to make me feel comfortable about my decisions. Fabian was very professional and knowledgeable about working with me. I ended up refinancing my car at a good rate. Very often we complain about not getting things going our way, and take it out on the individual who was trying to help us. Remember these individuals are only the messenger and Not the decision makers. This branch has always been number 1 for all my banking needs. Luli and staff are always there to help you. This was a great customer experience! Thanks Fabian Good luck!”

“Won't let me speak with the lawn department to proses a payment. Meanwhile intrest is accrued and late payment on my credit. This bank is fraudulent seriously who does this can't make this up I'm on the phone with them now and they won't take a payment .”
