“Been trying to payoff my Morgage for over 1 month. They applied my payoff amount incorrectly, now no one can fix this. Can’t get through to anyone in Morgage department. Now they not only took money out of my account for payoff they now say , I owe more money. I want a resolution, but no one seems to be able to resolve this???! I don’t know what my next step is”

We about have it paid off and fell on some hardship times and I called to refinance what little we had left and got declined because of missed payment. so we are trading the car to get away from this place. “VyStar credit card services are the worst. Even when you owe $0 dollars and try to use your card it will get locked. Then the app won’t even let you unlock the card. If you call them the offices are closed. Not worth the hassle.”

The manager shared with me someone would be with me in 15 minutes. 10 minutes later, a young man approached me Fabian was his name to help share some options and information about refinancing. Fabian was great and couldn’t do enough to share all he could to make me feel comfortable about my decisions. Fabian was very professional and knowledgeable about working with me. I ended up refinancing my car at a good rate. Very often we complain about not getting things going our way, and take it out on the individual who was trying to help us. Remember these individuals are only the messenger and Not the decision makers. This branch has always been number 1 for all my banking needs. Luli and staff are always there to help you.
