“I called the bank and verified my name, mem#, code by text, my email..... at what point is this good enough but then they want my last transaction and amount and that i could not remember, I ended up having to call back and speak to someone else just to get my business done, I have tried to be patient with this bank thru all their issues and I understand fraud protection but I felt that is a bit much.”
“The mobile app is awful. Not user friendly at all and terrible to navigate. The wait times for customer service are 60+ minutes! Chat is slow as well. Took my almost an hour to get a live person on the phone to make a payment! I’ll be moving my loan out of here asap as horrible service.”
