“They lying about mobil or in a branch depositing check. Their new process of mobil: pending, disappear, deposit, check on hold 3-5 business days no matter before 4 pm or after. They prefer member number rather type from ID.”
“Weve bout our car in 2019 new and never have missed a payment until recently. We about have it paid off and fell on some hardship times and I called to refinance what little we had left and got declined because of missed payment. so we are trading the car to get away from this place. I'll never go there again for anything. They can stick it. I invite management to call me upon reading this review I got some things to say.”

“Because of fraudulent charges on my card, I have no card for 7 to 10 days, but do to a new policy they can't print cards, on top of that I can't pay my bills, my phone bill is an important bill and can't pay it on time, seems like it my fault that it happened, and why should I be punished cuz of scammers”
“WHY did you change the app!?!? The old app worked perfectly THIS version is beyond bad!! So slow, doesn’t show my transactions until days later and I can’t access instant balance anymore!!! “I called the bank and verified my name, mem#, code by text, my email..... at what point is this good enough but then they want my last transaction and amount and that i could not remember, I ended up having to call back and speak to someone else just to get my business done, I have tried to be patient with this bank thru all their issues and I understand fraud protection but I felt that is a bit much.”
“The mobile app is awful. Not user friendly at all and terrible to navigate. The wait times for customer service are 60+ minutes! Chat is slow as well. Took my almost an hour to get a live person on the phone to make a payment! I’ll be moving my loan out of here asap as horrible service.”
