“Weve bout our car in 2019 new and never have missed a payment until recently. We about have it paid off and fell on some hardship times and I called to refinance what little we had left and got declined because of missed payment. so we are trading the car to get away from this place. I'll never go there again for anything. They can stick it. I invite management to call me upon reading this review I got some things to say.”

“Never can get in to speak with someone without a 2 hour wait. And always short on staff. Fast becoming the worst place to bank. They used to be great now not so much....”

“It is super frustrating that have to call or drop by a branch to transfer money to my mom's account and she banks at the same branch. I am looking around for another bank that will accommodate this. I have also called twice for customer service and gotten no response.”

“Horrible. I had someone today whose accent is so heavy,( no. Il not xenophobic) most of what he said was indiscernible. Can’t get through to a branch, ever and no my issue could not be resolved online. Closing out after current payroll is deposited.”

“Because of fraudulent charges on my card, I have no card for 7 to 10 days, but do to a new policy they can't print cards, on top of that I can't pay my bills, my phone bill is an important bill and can't pay it on time, seems like it my fault that it happened, and why should I be punished cuz of scammers”

“WHY did you change the app!?!? The old app worked perfectly THIS version is beyond bad!! So slow, doesn’t show my transactions until days later and I can’t access instant balance anymore!!! So incredibly frustrating especially after the absolute insanity of not being able to get into my account for WEEKS! VyStar DO BETTER.”

“I called the bank and verified my name, mem#, code by text, my email..... at what point is this good enough but then they want my last transaction and amount and that i could not remember, I ended up having to call back and speak to someone else just to get my business done, I have tried to be patient with this bank thru all their issues and I understand fraud protection but I felt that is a bit much.”

“The mobile app is awful. Not user friendly at all and terrible to navigate. The wait times for customer service are 60+ minutes! Chat is slow as well. Took my almost an hour to get a live person on the phone to make a payment! I’ll be moving my loan out of here asap as horrible service.”
