Because of fraudulent charges on my card, I have no card for 7 to 10 days, but do to a new policy they can't print cards, on top of that I can't pay my bills, my phone bill is an important bill and can't pay it on time, seems like it my fault that it happened, and why should I be punished cuz of scammers
