“After 2 days, multiple calls, hangups, I find out the transaction can't be completed now, but must wait over 4 days. Each rep was told this was urgent, and could have advised me there would be a delay. 2 days ago, I had other options. There is no ownership. The response was, but I did my part right, not my fault. Another bank will enjoy my patronage. They lost a decades long multi product customer. I can no longer recommend them.”
“VyStar is the Words Credit Union Bank I codec come across with. Before they did the update that made their service a nightmare, I had no problems with them. Every week now they find ways to keep towing money out of my account. I keep trying to have them stop and resolve the issue, yet I get no response, and more fees added to my account. I am definitely leaving this inconsiderate bank. I’m tired of them robbing me money that I have to constantly borrow to other people since I’m going through some situations. I hate VyStar!! They are the worst and number one for stealing!!! Before you chooses them think twice, you are going to loose money guaranteed!!!”

The ATM's doesn't work. They can't replace a debit card without screwing it up. No one knows anything and can't handle the issues. The response is always "We will report it" no action. Can not deposit my money without screwing it up and sending "My Money" back to the payor! WTF Are you thinking! That's my money not yours. I am in line to take as much out as I can to get away from their incompetence.”

“Got auto loan through Vystar credit union. Due 6th, lot rent due 5th. Had to go in to branch to change due date. Payment due was $292, set up autopay on 14th for $350. Car was repossessed for non payment.
Called. Confirmed last payment was for $350, but back in April. This is now Sept. Told call my bank. Bank says problem on their end. Called Vystar back. Not only did they NOT set up autopay, but they NEVER EVEN CHANGED THE DUE DATE . The very reason they made me go in to the branch in the first place!
I filed bancruptcy five years ago and the dealer had to call 12 banks to find somebody to give me a loan. Now, FORGET IT with a repo on my credit report on top of this. They CLAIM they sent me an e-mail, but I never got one! They claim they sent a letter, but the only thing I get from them shows payment due amount and outstanding balance. NOTHING about non payment. All because the woman at the branch NEVER SET UP autopay, NEVER CHANGED my due date. The VERY REASON I was told to come in to the branch.
Now I had to miss work because I had to call off. LOSS of wages! Got a point at work (Disney) for calling off. Three points within six months and I am TERMINATED! NO POSSIBILITY of EVER getting a new car with a repossession on top of a bancruptcy. All because of the COMPLETE INCOMPETANCE of Vystar!
I am waiting for a callback from a lawyer because I am seeking damages.

Zero and rude customer support, incorrect credit bureau reporting, horrible online banking services. They get a one star rating from me in literally everything a credit union should do for its members down to cleanliness. Don't just "not" choose them for a credit union, run from anything they touch.”

Took care of it right away. Manager she is awesome and goes out of her way to make sure any problems you have with your accounts are taken care. I've seen her step in and help customers when all the tellers were busy. Even security guard is pleasant.”
