I’m very disappointed with VyStar Credit Union. It’s been 10 days since my loan was paid off, and I’m still waiting for them to release the lien so I can get my title. I’ve called multiple times, and every time I get vague responses and no clear timeline. This delay is not just inconvenient—it’s threatening a pending sale of my boat. I have a buyer lined up, but if this drags on any longer, I could lose the deal entirely. A process that should be quick and routine has turned into a stressful waiting game. VyStar’s lack of urgency and poor communication is unacceptable. If you’re considering financing something through them, be warned: getting your title after payoff might be much harder than it should be.
