I finally told Chinique that she was ineffective in her job and to be effective as a supervisor,she should call members.service's, explain the situation then transfer me to members service's. I guess the wait was to long because she transferred me to wait on hold. So I feel like I'm not important enough to be a member of Vystar. Lyn and Chinique are both supervisors in the fraud dept. I have never been treated like this.
