Was 121 customer that was converted to VyStar. Mobile Banking app was a real pain setting up. Clerk at Baymeadows branch was no help and seemed irritated that I asked for help. Accessing account through app is a real pain, can’t be done quickly.
Didn’t like them 50+ years ago when I was stationed at NAS Jax. They were Jax Navy FCU then. Like them even less now. (I opposed the merger.)
I’ll be closing accounts in December when I schedule 2025 retirement and SSI disbursements. I’m to old for their BS.
