Been trying to payoff my Morgage for over 1 month. They applied my payoff amount incorrectly, now no one can fix this. Can’t get through to anyone in Morgage department. Now they not only took money out of my account for payoff they now say , I owe more money. I want a resolution, but no one seems to be able to resolve this???! I don’t know what my next step is
