Faced with poor service, I decided it was best to hang up.
On the following day, I attempted to send another portion of the money, only to discover that the name and number of the recipient had been removed. I received a message indicating that I was not authorized to add or remove this person. When I called again, I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Katie Santos, who was respectful and efficient in resolving my issue.
Initially, I mistakenly left my review for the Ormond Beach branch, but the next day, the Vice President of that branch reached out to me. She was kind and considerate, ensuring my situation was escalated and that I received adequate support. Subsequently, VyStar contacted me to confirm they were taking steps to prevent similar issues in the future. To my surprise, the Vice President of the Ormond Beach branch followed up again to ensure I had the assistance I needed.
I genuinely appreciate the lengths VyStar has gone to in supporting their customers. This experience has shown me that they are a credit union dedicated to valuing their members. I believe their willingness to address feedback and improve their services contributes significantly to building trust and respect among their customers.
