Dreadful experience. I have been waiting for a refund for four and a half months after sending back a tablet. My case has been escalated apparently, many, many times and I have had lots of promises that my money will be returned. Customer service at all levels has been shocking. If you check other review sites, you will find that Wacom are quite the experts at keeping people’s money. Do not buy from them.
