What a mess! First time I ever used them to order a few bottles. Order went through, got delivered a few days later and then I receive a call from DHL office saying they want to take the box back tomorrow. Just like that without any explanation. I say what's wrong? They have no meaningful answer simply saying they have been instructed to collect the box which they delivered a day before. What kind of mess is this? No information about any of this from Waitrose. Dead silence and no one to contact. No contact number or anything and DHL have no clue what's going on. So tomorrow I am supposed to wait all day for my box which I ordered and paid for to be taken back... and yet more mess and inconvenience trying to resolve this. I really regret wasting my time with them. And now more time to be consumed dealing with this. They charge such huge mark-up for allegedly "better" service. Very disappointing.
