Ordered 6 bottles of champagne for a major celebration that’s happening on the 1/9.
Spoke to “Josh” on the 30/8 who told me I had given them ample time to get the order to me.
DHL emails me late at night on the 30/8 to say the order will be delivered on the 2/9.
I almost had a heart attack. Then, they followed that up with another email telling me it had been changed to the 4/9, I needed a coronary bypass by that time.😱
We are now toasting with tea.
I will never rely on Waitrose ever again.
