I have used them a number of times over several years and there is a good selection of wines at reasonable prices. However, online ordering is atrocious. I tried to place an order both yesterday and today and they have lost all account details as they are revamping their database.. They claim on the website to offer free, named day delivery on orders over £250, but they don't. Finally the site currently does not accept credit cards (says it does but it doesn't). What a shower.
