Placed an order online as the wine I wanted was not available in store. Received an email telling me C&C would be delayed, next day received another email saying my order needed to either be refunded or I would be informed of redelivery. 3 days later, still nothing so I phone them to ask for a refund. 2 days later, still haven’t heard back and still no refund. The lack of communication is baffling.
