Yet another customer who won’t be using Waitrose again, 1st excuse it was stuck in the warehouse, 2nd excuse from DHL that we were not in, we were, apparently it will arrive tomorrow which is five days late, if it arrives. I suspect Waitrose has farmed the wine side of the business off - if you want wine by a deadline, go to a shop or choose an alternative supplier.
