I love the Waitrose partners model, the products in store, but their delivery (from Finchley) is really lacking. This Christmas, ordered their Christmas products, on their special slot with 1+ month in advance, just to find them missing upon delivery (how is this possible?).
Even with other orders done, there would always be products missing (so different than ocado), not to mention their replacements (eg. type of rice by another type of rice completely different -- yes, not all rices are the same).
Shame, really good supermarket otherwise.
