The high standard of cleanliness and general welcoming feel of the store is much appreciated, as well as the excellent choice of fresh, chilled and other food items - also the seasonal produce. All first class. But, best of all, are your wonderful store staff. They are all lovely - always ready with a friendly smile or word, and helpful. I want to give a special mention to Margo. On a particularly rough day recently, we had a quick chat but as I was about to leave the store, she presented me with the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. This kind and thoughtful gesture meant the world to me. Thank you Waitrose - and for employing such lovely and good-hearted staff like Margo!
