I recently had to go into hospital. When my husband was shopping in our local Waitrose Addlestone, a member of staff enquired as to my whereabouts as it was unusual not to see me. When he explained I was in hospital the member of staff offered my husband a bouquet of flowers to give to me on behalf of Waitrose. A really lovely gesture and meant a lot to me.
Thank you Waitrose Addlestone for cheering me up and I always enjoy shopping in this particular store.
