New App appalling, not at all user friendly, the store I use (Chipping Sodbury) has terrible wi-fi so you cannot access the vouchers once you arrive at the till!!
Also, what about all the older generation who may not have smart phones or feel confident using one, how is this fair?
Not good enough Waitrose, very disappointing.
