They were great throughout the Pandemic with deliveries and instore now remains a pleasant if expensive experience.
I shop there less now and have less deliveries because they have increased their prices way in excess of other stores seemingly taking advantage of the current situation more than their competitors. Therefore I now shop around much more and Waitrose is rarely a feasible option for a pensioner such as myself.
