Having changed my internet server I was having difficulty logging on to the Droitwich store. The level of care and patience that this young lady expressed on my behalf was outstanding. She is a credit to you all at Waitrose.........knowing something of your philosophy and ethos which I so much admire, I need to share this positive experience with you.
