Non-delivery of groceries two times in a row. The first time they just cancelled which was understandable because of the weather, but they didn't even bother to leave a message. This time it's my Christmas order, due to arrive this morning. I was waiting for it, I stayed in the kitchen, kept looking out the window, no van, yet they say no one was home. I'm gutted!
