I ordered a turkey, Christmas crackers and fresh bread, plus many other items for delivery on 24.12.22. The turkey was noted as not able to be changed, but nothing else. The crackers did not come, apparently there was an IT issue and they ran out???? The bread did not come, apparently the delivery time of 8-9am was too early for fresh bread?????
The moral of this experience, if it's important, do not order online with Waitrose.
