Went to Waitrose this morning and I thought we had gone back in time to the three day week and power cuts, more than half the lights were out. It was an appalling experience tripping over other customers and staff plus trays of food. Mind you they had tomatoes if you could see them.
Put the lights on why make it difficult to shop especially for the older generation or those with sight impairment. Do they care?
