I purchased Waitrose own moussaka yesterday
The favour was good but there were potato slices on the top and then sloppy meat which spread over the plate like baby food. There was 3 pieces of aubergine amongst this concoction.
It said it was best before MAR 25 … perhaps you’d better look at Charlie bighams recipe which has solid meat and and layers of veg. Come Waitrose you can do better than this. Christine Gates
