I recently had a delivery from Waitrose. Young Jack helped enormously.
Personable. Unique. He was just slightly late, however i was kept informed by telephone.
No problems whatsoever.
I collected a John Lewis parcel from Waitrose, Aylesbury. I remarked to the very professional lady on reception that i must not look at flowers.
She gave me some beautiful daffodils. Such a kind gesture.
It restored my lost faith in the company. I've been shopping with them for at least 25 years. And shall continue.
