I purchased a faulty Thorntons Easter egg as a gift from local Waitrose store - on opening there was a large hole in the enclose (hidden) part of the egg, consistent with the moulding being incomplete!
Attitude of Sainsbury manager was insulting and demeaning, firstly blaming me for the fault, then suggesting I had purchased a reduced price item.
Made me feel like a crook rather than a dissatisfied customer!
