Called into Waitrose Cafe at Preston today. Just a little niggle - I asked for Apple strudel to be warmed up but was told couldn' t do it as not on regulation list!
Surely a 30 second job could have been done, instead was given free cream to compensate. Very strange as most Cafe's elsewhere would deffinately complete the request.
