Week after week items that I have ordered are substituted, they are very standard items and nothing unusual.
I shop online because I hate supermarket shopping and still end up having to do this because of poor stock management in the store.
This week is the worst week yet as 3 items all of which I required for the weekend were substituted with things I couldn't use. I live in Devizes which doesn't have a single decent supermarket which is why I shop online at Waitrose but they have let me down for the last time and I am off to Lidl.
