Bedford waitrose café...
Could not make me happy, because they could not supply a toasted hot cross bun with our tea and coffees this morning. Why? They sold out. When asked could they not get some from the shop floor, the reply was we are not allowed even though they are the same hot cross bins.
Shabby waitrose and revenue lost!
