Ghastly service from Monster who seem to run this and are destroying Waitrose name. Even the staff in my local Waitrose advised me not to use the service as it was so unreliable. I have called the phone line and used the option to order assuming I may get an answer, 23 mins later nothing but a ring tone. Waitrose itself cannot help as they have to use the same number that we poor customers have to use.
Still no idea where my item is and now just the trial to get a refund and buy from elsewhere.
