Terrible ordered two lots of Effipro for my dogs, three weeks later didn't turn up. Called for replacement and was told replacement would be sent straight away, its been another week and still no parcel. Had to call twice to end up with a refund that I now have to wait 5 working days for and a month of no flea and tick treatment for my dogs who are show dogs.
Absolutely awful service.
