I haven’t ordered much, or done much but the customer service response time is A+
The website navigation, organization, etc is a C+ though. I’ve ordered a great deal of bark from almost every supplier but Waking Herb. Mostly because a VPN was making the checkout process impossible. If I hadn’t reached out via email how would I have known this? How many others don’t know this?
Currently I’m seeking Harmalas, but finding the way they are organized a bit confusing and frustrating.
