“This is a wonderful company that provides a true blessing of a service to the world. That said, I recently had an unfortunate experience with them. I had ordered a medicine and was awaiting the invoice to pay. Apparently, between the time I placed the order and paid the invoice (which didn’t come for a day or two), my order was sold to someone else. Please make it clear that such a thing could happen. You order confirmation email states clearly that “the order is ON HOLD” until payment is received. This was a disappointing experience with Waking Herbs. Despite this, i will continue to be a loyal customer, as the company has soul. Cheers”
