De rapé's van WH zijn goed van kwaliteit. Alleen krijg ik niet helder of wat ik besteld heb, ook ontvangen heb. De etiketten op de blikjes corresponderen niet met de info op de website en de rapé waar het mij juist om te doen was zat er niet bij. Na een kort, vriendelijk e-mail contact zou ik een tegoedbon krijgen, die heb ik nooit ontvangen. Er zijn andere, meer transparante winkels waar ik liever mijn rapé's bestel.

for $10 more i could have purchased a full sized adult kuripe elsewhere and not wait over 2 months for delivery.

The people at waking herbs are very nice and have great customer service. However the shredded bark was not what I thought it was, but then when I told them they sent out complimentary Brazil powdered bark as replacement and the product was definitely better then the first but still not as good as my original distribution place. The pros were shipping time... even though I had one package after that never show up and got sent back but then they sent out a complimentary replacement. Realistically if you want it the quickest buy it Saturday early or sunday late night so it's processed Monday and u will get by Friday. But buying in on Friday you will definitely get it the next Friday or no sooner then Thursday. Wish quality was a little brighter and higher yields. Thanks will continue to mess with company as necessary

The laurelifolia was clearly very very old as the powder came as an off colored set of rocks that would not dissolve in water easily at all. Had to throw away.

the prices have increased substantially since the last time i ordered and the quality has decreased. there are better bark vendors out there in 2023. unless the price point drops i will not be ordering from here again.

I thought I had written a review before but perhaps not .I was pleased with delivery time although the product was not very good I couldn't believe it after all of the good reviews. I got a response from the admin people Saying "Is it an option to send me some Happy Valley replacement and I said yes it is an option . send it .I still don't know what they were going to do . They left me hanging so to speak .

I've used waking herbs several times over the years and even when there was an issue outside their direct influence, it was handled professionally and quickly. However my last order from them was quite opposite. When my order got to the states and was forwarded on the shipper lost the package, I contacted WH 2 days after the expected delivery date and was assured they'd work with the shipper and resolve the issue timely. I contacted WH several times, dlin different ways over the next 3 weeks, and received no response and no shipment. When the shipper confirmed that a claim had been filed with them and paid out, I conveyed this in my next email to WH. The response was that no claim had been filed with the shipper by them, and that they would resolve the issue. A couple days later, I got an email that they had filed the claim been paid and would I rather get a refund or reship. I asked for the reship, and got my product about a week later - 6 weeks after I'd placed the original order. I understand that shipping issues happen outside of WH control, but the lack of communication really troubled me and makes me concerned to order from them again. I feel if I hadn't been so persistent I wouldn't have gotten a reship or refund and been out the cost of my order.

Their products' quality is great, but the customer service is very poor. The person in charge of customer service is very unprofessional. ・Says s/he will get you back shortly after checking, and never does until prompted. ・Doesn't read the email fully. When you ask a few questions and you'd only get an answer for one. I was hoping that it was just one time thing, but unfortunately experienced this again and again over the course of the last couple of years.

Herbs were good quality unfortunately due to the extremely long wait for delivery, well over a month, I cannot recommend this site for American buyers at this time. Unless of course you're ok with long, long waits

Hi Daniel, Thanks for your feedback. We do our best to get the products to the customer as quickly as possible, but we do not always achieve this because customs sometimes work very slowly. We are also doing our best to keep more products in stock in the US so that we can avoid this problem.
