Shipping and product quality were great! I have bought from here twice and the second time I was so confident I didn't pay for tracked shipping. I did have an issue the second time and after a week from ordering, I had not received any invoice. I emailed and within 2 days they had gotten back to me, cleared it up, and sent an invoice. Loved the speedy customer service!
