I have bougt Silene undulata extract.
Usually this plant comes in root or powder form.
I couldn´t find instructions anywhere including Waking Herbs webpage on how to use/dose the extract.
So I wrote them and asked for instructions.
They never replied, and therefore the extract is still on the shelf and a waste of money.
