I am a repeat customer, usually 5 stars products and service. One of three items was wrong. It happens. I emailed about it, no response. Unusual, they are usually very quick to respond. Hopefully, was just an oversight and not business as usual. I still have much love for the Waking Herbs family and would still recommend.
