I emailed to add additional items to an order and they didn't say the order was in process or anything, they just said to order from their other location instead of the one I had ordered from. I understand they believe it was a better idea to order from the other location, but they should recommend the idea, but also allow me to do what I had wanted to do....I was put off a bit by the response, I felt like i was being blown off. The product selection, price, and quality seems great, i was just put off by the customer server response. (and no, i didn't order from the "other location", i just decided to use a different company instead).
