I've been using their affiliate program for a few months. I've accumulated a bit of revenue and wanted to setup some sort of Payout option. But in my affiliate dashboard there's no where to update the payment method.
After contacting them directly first to the person in charge of the affiliates as well as via their contact form, I haven't heard back from them after over a week.
The support toward the affiliates who are helping them drive sales leaves a lot to ask for.
