I am revising my review -- my original order never arrived, however upon learning about this I was quickly contacted by Waking Herbs and offered a replacement order which I am glad to say arrived today. We have not yet tried the products but at this time I am giving the company a good review based upon their customer service. In a world where businesses often just don't care about customer service it is apparent that Waking Herbs does care about their customers. I look forward to trying out their products and will post about them in the near future!
