The sales assistant was knowledgeable about diamond grades and listened to what I was looking for. She made suggestions and since I was ordering online from Dunedin, sent pictures of her modelling the different styles to help me make the right decision. She ended up helping me order a diamond of the size and grade I wanted and setting it in the desired ring style. She even helped me get a discount from her manager!
