I ordered a pair of cufflinks in Auckland but they could not be delivered because of lockdown Level 4. I rang to see if the order could be sent from another store, in Level 3, as they were a birthday present and Walker and Hall went to a great deal of trouble to arrange for them to be sourced from another city. The cufflinks were perfect and delivered within two days after receiving my call, and in time for the birthday!! The staff were so very interested and helpful and I was delighted.
