I'm so disappointed. I purchased a gift on the 25th of September. My friend's birthday was on the 29th of September. The earring was sent on the 27th but I haven't received it yet. Guess I've just threw away my money. I'm a little bit curious why did you send fine jewelry by regular postal service and not by a courier? I think you should reconsider your delivery options. Would I recommend shopping through your website to anyone? Not sure, even the range of products is really great but for me a great shopping experience is not only to click on the button "purchase", but what's happening after and I'm not satisfied.
