Ordered a ring online for my mums birthday during lockdown.
We got the size wrong and needed a replacement ordered. Dealt with Sandre at head office in Anzac ave Ak. Initially by phone and then follow up emails.
She was extremely helpful and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process.
