I consistently get my husband to buy me jewellery from Walker and hall online because the service is so very good. Every small question or problem is dealt with by an immediate personal call from W&H. When I once had a problem there was no issue with replacement or refund. Service online is so much better than in store now that I do not buy in store. On my most recent purchase I had fantastic service from the W&H online phone support about a very trivial query, she was extremely nice and helpful
